The event will bring together financial leaders, investors, and stock exchanges from across Latin America in San Pedro Sula.

The Central American Stock Exchange officially announced that Honduras will host the VII International Forum of Issuers of the Securities Markets of the Americas (FIMVA 2026), considered one of the most important stock market and investment forums in the region.
The event will take place on June 24, 25, and 26, 2026, in the city of San Pedro Sula, bringing together representatives from stock exchanges, investors, issuers, regulators, and financial leaders from across Latin America.
The forum aims to strengthen the integration of regional capital markets and create new investment and financing opportunities for companies and strategic projects. According to the organizers, delegations from nine stock exchanges representing eight countries will participate, positioning Honduras as a key regional hub for financial dialogue and cooperation.
During the event, attendees will participate in keynote conferences, executive networking sessions, success case presentations, and meetings between investors and issuing companies. Topics related to financial innovation, stock market integration, corporate financing, and investment opportunities in Latin America will also be discussed.
San Pedro Sula was selected as the host city due to its recognition as one of the leading industrial and logistics centers in Central America. Organizers highlighted the city’s strategic connectivity, modern infrastructure, and favorable business environment for international events and investment initiatives.
The Central American Stock Exchange also emphasized that FIMVA 2026 will provide Honduran entrepreneurs with access to new financing alternatives through the securities market, while allowing them to connect with investors and strategic players within the regional financial ecosystem.
With this event, Honduras continues to position itself as a host for major international economic and business forums, strengthening its presence within the regional financial market and promoting new opportunities for growth and investment.
